Commercial Excellence Leadership Program
India is identified as one of the four growth markets for the Bayer CropScience business globally. The objective of the Commercial Excellence Leadership Program (CELP) is to, systematically develop talent with a commercial focus to take up international general management assignments in a short to medium term. It provides talents with a steep learning curve opportunity so that at an early age potential leaders are developed.
The rotation program is of 24 months duration and covers four main pillars of Sales, Operational Marketing, Flexible Assignments and Strategic Projects. The requirement for selection includes an MBA degree from a premier institute along with 2-3 years of professional experience.
