Sr. Analyst - Fleet Management
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Sr Analyst is responsible to handle the customer queries, perform the Quality check of the Audits done by team along with the operational activities assigned to him/her.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that Monthly compliance audits are performed within the agreed SLA/TAT as per the Global & Local Spending Policies
- Perform the Quality check on Audits done by the team members and report out the results
- Sharing of the non-compliance findings in audits with customers and conduct the monthly calls
- To demonstrate Problem Solving Skills while addressing critical issues
- Respond to the queries from the customer within the TAT
- To ensure that i-docs / Accruals are posted on time
- To ensure that aging in Employee payable accounts is tracked and cleared in timely manner
- Ensure that process control framework checkpoints are followed and published as per the timelines
- To closely work with internal teams in resolving the issues
- To have an eye for details in identifying gaps in compliance & process
- To support in external/internal audits and adhoc data/reporting requirements
- To educate the employees on Global Spending policies tion methods
- Prepare and update SOP/documentation for the process as and when required
- Support & Work along with SME to drive the operations and projects
WHO YOU ARE:
- B. Com/MBA Finance or any Accounting Degree
- 3-5 years of T&E experience
- Attention to details
- Good Knowledge of MS Office- Excel and Power point
- Should be good in accounting and have knowledge of SAP T Codes
- Knowledge of any Foreign Language would be an added advantage
- Effective verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
