Domain Expert - Source to Pay
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide expert guidance on process issues through networking with SSCDN S2P Local Process Expert Community and drive standardization initiatives.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible to resolve process issues within Source to Pay- Procurement & Accounts Payable
- Responsible to review changes in all SDs in a timely manner. Ensure that all changes (process update/change, major deviations) have valid support and approval from FO/AccP/LE/TxO/GPO
- Solves complex issues and gives advice/guidance to teams/group
- Align processes, identify process improvements, issues or challenges and help needed across all regions handled by the Senior Experts
- Monthly Call with other Local Process Experts. Collaboration calls with LPEs from other centers. Discuss and resolve issues, and share best practices
- Closely collaborate and support S2P operations (Senior Experts, Team Leads) in resolving issues with high impact leveraging on existing best practices and lessons learned from other centers and past experiences
- Supports GPO organization in implementing process changes and drives continuous improvements across SSCDN locations. Engages and/or leads process initiatives in Expert Networks
- Serves as a key contact for escalation to GPO, AccP or local tax
- Supports the Team Leader and/or Operations Manager in global operational topics
- Ensures proper support for audit and compliance are provided
- Prepares and conducts trainings
- Participation in Org Initiatives
- Managing internal & external audits
WHO YOU ARE:
- University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or comparable professional education
- At least 10 years of professional experience including at least 6 years within Source to Pay domain
- Excellence knowledge of Procurement & AP (Source to Pay cycle)
- Ability to challenge process, resolve issues & provide solutions
- Prior experience in managing projects
- Solid/End to End knowledge of Source to Pay Process / Procurement would be an advantage
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Self-motivated
- Ability to plan, prioritize and deliver under high pressure
- Very good Office 365 skills
