YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales

    • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly & annual targets both Value & Volume wise

    • Generate demand in new and potential markets for growth and market development

    • Ensure sales across portfolios

  • Stakeholder Focus - Customer / End users / KOLs
    • Prepare customer database based on their potential

    • Minimum daily calls to be made – both customers & retailers as per the provided guidelines

    • Effective detailing of the products

    • Regular follow up meetings at specific intervals with each category of customers

    • Prompt & effective service

 

  • Stockist
    • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly & annual targets both Value & Volume wise

    • Generate demand in new and potential markets for growth and market development

    • Ensure sales across portfolios

  • Retailer
    • Top of the mind recall with retailers

    • Regular product movement

    • Ensure sales across portfolios

  • Marketing & Sales Promotion 
    • To keep abreast of all competitor activity and report all key information to their managers

    • To ensure Implementation of marketing and promotional programs of the company

    • To ensure that merchandising at sales points is in line with the company’s plans by periodic inspection
    • To implement marketing programs for dealers/distributors and target group of customers as advised by the management in a compliant manner

    • Comparative analysis of competitors’ products

    •  Any other activity as advised by management

  • Reporting & Administration
    • Monthly reports and DCR to be submitted regularly

    • Reimbursements/Traveling Expense statement posted regularly

    • Tour Program to be submitted on a monthly basis with a commitment to follow it

  • Financial Discipline
    • Ensure absence of Cheque return, Sales return, Breakage & expiries

    • Ensure the receivables are within the prescribed limits

    • Strict adherence to Business policy for order execution

       

       

 

WHO YOU ARE

  • B.Sc/ Pharma / Veterinary Sales background with 2-4 yrs of Industry experience

  • Domain Knowledge of the Animal Healthcare industry

  • Technical knowledge about the products

  • Effective Sales management

  • Product management
